On the palate, the tannins are impeccably balanced, adding depth to the lush ripe berry flavors, with layers of cola and grenadine emerging as the wine evolves in the glass.

Honig Sauvignon Blanc – Napa Valley, California

Bright, and fresh. The flavors and aromas are reminiscent of peaches, lemon curd, white grapefruit, and passion fruit with perfectly balanced notes of citrus, stone fruit. The fullness of the mid-palate is complemented by a crisp, lengthy finish.

The fruit for this wine comes from both our sustainably farmed vineyard in Rutherford, and from local Napa Valley vineyards, with over half of it being sourced from the St. Helena and Rutherford appellations.
